Exceptionally comfortable beds, bright rooms and good size bath. Lovely and very good breakfast for all dietary options, with excellent food. Cold drinks at main bar, amazing service.

The room is comfortable, the bed very comfortable, everything very clean the a/c was not centralized and but the cleaning service left it on and you found the room superfresh. It is a charming hotel, typical Andalusian, cortijo type, with a great breakfast buffet and a variety of fruits, breads, cereals, pastries and American breakfast.
The dinners are terrible... the fish and meat they offered were of very little quality and very very well done, they were dry. The desserts were scarce, you could choose between two or three mediocre cakes and ice cream glass, fruit also scarce pears, kiwis, oranges and raisins ... The soft drinks kas and pepsi ... do not enter the drinks in the half board, in short muuuuuy mejorable. Sometimes it was difficult to choose what to have for dinner other than a salad. As for the waiters, some of them were not shy about talking out loud about their personal or work problems... you can see that they are used to having only foreign customers..

Delightful and immaculately clean place, splendid view of the sea. Bright unit with a convenient decor. Incredible and brilliant location, not too far from an old hilltop chapel. And so close to Mijas, main square, and the centre of Mijas.

Location, location, if you like mountains and culture. Away and above the concrete and over crowded coastal resorts. Need car hire to explore the area, however, beware the Spanish drivers.
Our room was shabby and uncomfortable. Blind. TV remote and telephone all broken, but hastily repaired once reported to reception. We departed hotel three days early due to UK emergency and could not get refund!!!

Located in Mijas town. Very good location to visit this nice village. Large facilities and cozy room. Friendly and professional staff. We were looking for a good swimming pool and sun, and we found it in the hotel. Very quiet despite being a hotel with high occupation, which makes the stay very pleasant.
We had half board with dinner and breakfast. Breakfast was good, but for our taste the dinner had very little variety in its buffet and we came to the conclusion that it would have been better to go to the village to have dinner in some of its hundreds of restaurants. More variety of dishes and better assortment would not come amiss. The so-called "cheese area" was very, very poor. Don't call two such common types of cheese the cheese zone. . A certain unpleasant smell in the plumbing room, unpleasant. . . Empty room bar. There wasn't even a small bottle of water. . . Spa area in the hotel itself, although an external company manages it, with extremely expensive prices.

This is the third time we've been there. The treatment was excellent, the cleaning was great, it is not difficult to park around, great location and a good margin of time for breakfast and quite complete with lots of fruit, some pastries and some salt . The wifi works well in all the rooms we have been in all three times. Good sound isolation, we were not bothered by the noises at any time despite the fact that there were many people in the hotel. Two sockets on the side of the beds great for charging the phones.. We like it a lot and even though we've been there three times already we don't rule out going there a fourth time.
The breakfast buffet would lack natural juice. In the rooms I miss a full-length mirror. When you arrive the gate is always closed and you can't get the car to the door to unload.

I was with my sister for a week and I have to say that I would certainly repeat other holidays in TRH Mijas. staff is charming and hotel is wonderful; beautiful views of the mountains and sea. swimming pool of the hotel, phenomenal, ideal to relax with those wonderful views... well connected to the hotel. From Malaga we took a bus from the bus station to Fuengirola and from Fuengirola another bus to Mijas village which left us right in front of the hotel... village is beautiful, relaxing to walk around with the contrast of its white houses and blue sky and in the background panoramic views of the sea. I encourage all of you who don't know where to go in the summer to come to the beautiful village of Mijas and visit the comfortable and beautiful hotel TRH mijas where you will feel at home with the magnificent treatment of the staff.

Without a doubt, the best thing about the hotel, (and Mijas in general) is the attention received. Very helpful and attentive staff. I don't know if it was on purpose but they provided us with a room away from the traffic of travellers and hotel staff, so it was great for our baby's bedtime. Because of an emergency we needed the laundry service and we are also very happy with the speed. The breakfast is great and certainly, as you can read in other comments, a great view. As for the furniture, it is old and restored but it also has its charm.
We don't keep good memories of dinner. It's not about quantity or variety, but quality. The hours were from 7.30 p.m. to 9.15 p.m., and we rushed until the last moment, so the food was no longer freshly cooked, and I can imagine the low quality. We also noticed that the cleaning of the room could have been a little more scrupulous.
